I work with career changers around the world to design and create inspiring futures. My job as a career coach is to help you get unstuck, build a clear and well-founded vision of the life and work you want, and create a plan to bring it to life.
Many of my clients don’t know where to start, some have no ideas, others have too many. Some don’t believe they can choose another direction, others are afraid of what friends or family will say or the upheaval another choice could cause. What they all have in common is a sense of dissatisfaction or restlessness at work – it’s not who they really are (even though they can do it well), it doesn’t fulfill them anymore, they feel trapped and drained of energy.
As your career-change coach I put you first, support you, challenge you, encourage you and give you a proven process to find a more fulfilling life.

Values are the key to understanding what fulfills and motivates you – what’s important to you and what you need in your life and work. I have international experience in designing, creating and growing a University Career Service in Dubai; designing and delivering accredited career learning for undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA students at the University of Exeter (UK) and University of Middlesex in Dubai; and designing a specialist career change programme for professionals who are eager to build values-based and purpose-fuelled working lives.

The Exeter MBA: Designing Your Life (October 2019)
As part of the Personal Transformations module, I introduced University of Exeter MBAs to design-thinking mindsets, tools and approaches to creating a rewarding career. In this interactive, whole-day workshop, we explored identifying our ‘true north’, reframing problems, generating a host of new ideas, prototyping possibilities, and accommodating ‘failure’ into the learning process.
Communicate YOU: A Virtual Summit (October 2019)
This online summit attracted business-owners and professionals from around the world, all keen to grow their business or develop their career in a more authentic and values-aligned way. I was one of 6 speakers and my chosen topic was: Communicating YOU in your Career Choices.
