Q:What are your terms and conditions?

A: Full details governing registration, cancellation and terms of engagement are available prior to registration. Please request these during your discovery call and if you sign up for a coaching programme you will receive these as part of your welcome pack. These are also available upon request via the contact page.

Q: What is your Privacy Policy?

A: This Privacy Policy governs how I collect, store and use the data you have provided during registration or subscription. This usually involves the name and email address you have provided to access a free download or when you signed up for my Freestyle Newsletter. This also includes your IP address, details of which web browser you use and information on how you use the site. I also collect data on your registration form when you begin a coaching programme with me.

All data is securely stored, will never be shared with others and will only be used for the purpose you provided it for. By submitting your data you agree to this. Any data you submit is at your own risk. This privacy policy only applies to this web site and does not cover other sites I may link to. If you follow a link to another web site, please check their privacy policy too.

Payments are processed securely via a third party like PayPal or an online bank portal and no card details are stored at any point on my server.
